Site area is plane (h= 4,5 m – 6,5 m) and consists of three blocks (3518, 3519, 3520) expandable with three additional blocks (3517, 3516, 3515).

The site area consists of blocks and plots aimed to industrial, warehouse, business and office use.

Snow and ice cooling option; possibility to store snow and ice (from e. g. Snow Castle) during winter and use in summer as remote cooling.
